This brand it’s not precisely new, in fact, it is 25 years old, and after many years of sweet lethargy, they are back. Originally  a French brand, it is now in the hands of the Swedes. The person responsible for the comeback is Jacob Höglund, who found a pair of forgotten Sunpockets in the family summer cabin in Norway a few years ago.

The great thing about these shades are that they were conceived to be used while skiing or any other activity that takes place under the sun, that’s why they have 100% UVA protection. The fact that they were designed to used during physical activities may also be the reason why they are also… foldable!

We used them a lot this summer (I shared them with the bfriend) and I recommend them specially when you want to keep your eyes safe and at the same time feel like you’re about to head down the slopes of Chamonix.
