Second Skin includes in its selection of lingerie designs the work of Andrés Sardá, Maya Hansen or the designer from the Canary Islands, Carmen Gonzalez. A complete and original book based on the erotic connotations of lingerie and its relationship with the sensuality of women.
What is it about lingerie that makes it erotic? It is all about what is concealed and what is revealed. Wherever there is room for the imagination to journey has the potential to become erotic. You could feel sexy in a sack depending upon how you feel inside. Confidence or self-knowledge is personal and beyond the fabric that lies on the skin. —Lisa Z. Morgan (Strumpet & Pink)
The book flows between interviews with the designers of lingerie, biographies of brands and evocative photos which help us learn more about a part of the fashionindustry that is not always obvious to the eye, but touches us closely.
Inspired by this book, today’s selection of underwear (pretty eclectic, I imagine there will be something for everyone ;-)

Not only that, but they’re also confused about their own capabilities. And I would say that it is very difficult to arrive at your dream destination if you don’t have a clue of who you are and what you are capable of, wouldn’t you agree?
That’s why I thought it would be interesting to forward some questions on this subject to Jürgen Salenbacher, academic dean of IED and author of the book Creative Personal Branding. [...]
