Since I saw Natasha Khan’s jumpsuit this summer, I became a bit obsessed with this Australian fashion brand. Romance is Born last collection takes inspiration from Disney‘s brightly coloured 1951 animated version of Alice In Wonderland and the silhouettes are clearly reminiscent of the flower power era of late Sixties to early 1970s. Psychedelia invades all, from the clothes to the styling, an inspiration that has the word “free” written all over it. While the hole looks may be perfect for the stage but maybe not so much for the everyday looks, the pieces taken separately can be great statement pieces for a unique outfit. Free, fun and creative, three inspiring words to start my new wardrobe!
