Lovely, beautiful things to see (and bring home) tomorrow in Mutuo Market in Barcelona. Some of this things will be La Bôite à Couture (The Sewing Box), the brand of french designer Geraldine Klein. She works miniature figures in fimo, that then translate to unique jewelry pieces “I would say that my work is about all those small things that are important in my life. The miniatures are all inspired by experiences I had.” she explained to me in this little interview. I wonder what’s the story behind these cute little dogs.

Mañana 8 de diciembre, es el Mercado Mutuo, un mercado de creativos en Barcelona, que incluirá marcas como La Bôite à Couture (La caja de costura), la marca de la diseñadora francesa Geraldine Klein. Ella trabaja con figuras en miniatura en fimo, que traslada a piezas de bisutería únicas. “Yo diría que mi trabajo es sobre esas cosas que son pequeñas en mi vida. Las miniaturas siempre están inspiradas en experiencias que he tenido” me decía en esta pequeña entrevista. Me pregunto cuál será la inspiración detrás de estos pequeños perritos.

The striking visuals and the graphics are from a good friend of mine, Candelaria Dorso. So you are specially invited to enjoy the inspiring minimalistic guitar of this argentinian/spanish artist (who currently lives in France) interpreting the work of Steve Reich.
